个人贷款正常履约年化综合融资成本上限公示

为切实保护金融消费者合法权益，提升金融服务质效，根据《个人贷款业务明示综合融资成本规定》（金规〔2026〕2号）等相关要求，本机构现就正常履约情形下的个人贷款综合融资成本上限相关事项公示如下：

本机构发放的个人贷款实行差异化定价。正常履约情形下的个人贷款综合融资成本各息费项目均按中国人民银行有关规定折算为年化水平，且其加总水平符合国家有关规定。其中，本机构收取的贷款利息年化水平上限分别如下：

（1）个人消费贷款：

新车、二手车、汽车附加品等额本息产品，年化利率0%-17.98%；

新车尾款产品，年化利率6.68%-11.00%；

尾款展期产品，年化利率6.99%-9.50%；

新车年薪计划产品，年化利率3.99%-10.23%；

（2）个人经营贷款：

网约车/出租车等额本息产品，年化利率4.73%-13%；

本公示自2026年8月1日起执行。相关事项发生变动的，本机构将另行公示。

Public Announcement on the Annualized Comprehensive Financing Cost Cap for Personal Loans under Normal Performance

To effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of financial consumers and enhance the quality and efficiency of financial services, in accordance with the Provisions on Disclosing the Comprehensive Financing Cost of Personal Loans(NFRA Provision No.2,2026) and other relevant requirements, Genius Auto Finance Co., Ltd. hereby makes the following public announcement regarding the cap on the comprehensive financing cost for personal loans under normal performance:

Genius Auto Finance Co., Ltd. applies differentiated pricing to personal loans. All interest and fee items in the comprehensive financing cost of personal loans are converted into annualized figures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, and their aggregate level complies with the relevant state provisions. The caps on the annualized loan interest rate charged by Genius Auto Finance Co., Ltd. are as follows:

(1) Personal Consumption Loans:

Equal Principal and Interest Products for new vehicles, used vehicles and vehicle add-ons: annualized interest rate of 0%–17.98%;

Balloon Payment Products for new vehicles: annualized interest rate of 6.68%–11.00%;

Balloon Payment Extension Products: annualized interest rate of 6.99%–9.50%;

Annual Salary Plan Products: annualized interest rate of 3.99%–10.23%;

(2) Personal Business Loans:

Equal Principal and Interest products for ride-hailing/taxi vehicles: annualized interest rate of 4.73%–13%.

This Announcement shall take effect from Aug 1, 2026. Any change to the relevant matters will be separately announced.
